28ft Pontoon Rental - Luther's Rentals

*Please note, the primary driver must be at least 18 years old, have a valid ID, cell phone, & credit card. If the driver is born on or after January 1, 1988; they must present a Boater's Safety License. If you don’t have your Boater’s Safety License and you need it, there are 2 options (there is a fee):

Restrictions:

Pontoon Boats cannot go into the Gulf of Mexico & the East Pass. Rental equipment is to be used in Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and Inland Bayou’s & Waterways of Okaloosa County, only.
Boats cannot be used as a shuttle.
Those who were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 can operate the boat but are required to take a NASBLA Certified Boaters Test.
Driver MUST speak English proficiently.
The person who books the pontoon boat must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license & credit card. The person driving must be at least 18 with a boater’s license unless they were born before January 1, 1988.
During this rental you will be responsible for captaining your own boat and must have the experience and/or skill to do so.
Glass bottles or similar items are strictly prohibited on the boat.
Silly string is prohibited.
BBQ Grills are prohibited.
Towables are prohibited.
Generators are prohibited.
